Penis Enlargement Surgery

Penis enlargement surgery is not uncommon and has been performed on over 5000 men thus far. Surgery is the only true method of permanent enlargement as it actually increases the physical mass of the tissue in the penis.

This is done through a process of liposuction fat transfer (LFT). Common to other surgeries, LFT involves taking fatty tissue from an area such as the buttocks, and surgically implanting this tissue into the penis. Incisions are made into the lower abdominal wall, where the tissue is inserted.

Penis enlargement surgery costs around $7200 and takes about 3 hours from start to finish. There are some potentially sever side effects, including potential loss of erection or sexual stimulation, as well as POSSIBLE SIZE REDUCTION over time. In addition, you will have to use some sort of stretching device to make sure that the penis does not retract to original size.

Surgery is one type of penis enlargement available, but of the men we surveyed, 98% indicated that they would never consider going under the knife for this type of surgery.

In the same survey, 91% of men indicated that they would look and seriously consider an alternative like penis enlargement pills or penis enlargement exercises.
